Ruby the Little Red Ice Cream Van is more than just an ice cream van or food truck.

She is old school.

Ruby’s menu includes a variety of traditional soft serve cones. Her premium soft serve contains no trans fat and is free from preservatives and artificial colours.

Ruby also stocks authentic Italian Gelato and Sorbets made locally with premium natural ingredients and available in a variety of popular flavours including Chocolate, Mango, Raspberry, Hazelnut and Pistacchio.

All of Ruby’s Ice Cream products are suitable for lacto vegetarians. The sorbets are dairy free.
